We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, can not offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, our product must be unused and packaging in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has not been received, check your bank account first before contacting your credit card company. It takes some time before your refund is posted.
If a refund is still not posted then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund may be posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or your satisfaction was not met. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 710 Coronado Center Dr. Henderson, NV 89052, United States.
If the item was shipped directly to you as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you, once the item is received.
If our product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he can look into your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live in the United States, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, can vary.
If you are shipping an item over $120, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
